Change Authentication Pin
The MealPlan authentication pin is a four-digit pin used to authorize every transaction at the cafeteria. The pin expires daily at midnight and needs to be regenerated each day.
- Go to the Subscriber Portal site.
- To change your Authentication pin, navigate to ' Settings' on the Meal Plan Subscriber Portal.
- Scroll down and click on "Change my pin".
- Enter your Student/ Staff ID in the pop-up window to request your pin change.
- Your new pin will be sent to your Ashesi email inbox.
Tip: A simpler, faster Fingerprint option is available to you for authenticating transactions at the cafeterias. If you haven't captured your biometric details yet, please visit the Support Center with your ID number for assistance!
