Card Replacement
Your Meal Plan is tied to your Ashesi University ID card. For a replacement, you will need a new ID card.
- Go to the Finance Office to pay for a new ID card. ( GHC50.00 as of September 2026)
- Scan or take a picture of the receipt.
- Send an email to Support Center that you want a card replacement and attach the picture of the receipt
- Your request will then be processed.
- You will be notified via email when your card is ready for pickup.
